*Disclaimer: Air bubbles will eventually develop in your cup/tumbler over time. Bubbles are not grounds for a refund. Should a package become damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the postal service.

**Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that colors may slightly vary from the photographs & live cup making do to lighting and display settings on phone and computer. 

***Keep In Mind: When receiving a glitter cup, milk shake cup or coffee cup; you must shake it to activate it or to get the mixture to mix back in. When receiving a lava cup; make sure NOT to shake it, but to flip it 10-15 times to get the flow going and the mixture of the lava to mix back in.

Please note: Current turn around time is 6 to 10 business days, from the time your cup is made (excluding weekends & holidays), as our product is handcrafted. **THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIME IT TAKE USPS TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER**
