**Live claim wraps are not for snow globe orders**


How To Claim:

To open your basket make your deposit of $9.00, come back to live and start claiming. After you choose to close your basket, you will be given the number of wraps for your balance due. Then you will come back here and click on the live wrap balance claim option. You will put the amount of wrap you owe the balance on and continue to checkout, this is where shipping & taxes will also be added.

Baskets can be kept open for one week, after that you must CLOSE your basket from the date it was opened. If not wraps will be RESTOKED.

Please note: Current turn around time is 6 to 10 business days, from the time your cup is made (excluding weekends & holidays), as our product is handcrafted. **THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIME IT TAKE USPS TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER**
